If we leave the saddle in your possession, saddle is prepaid in full for the duration of that term. Funds refunded in full when saddle is returned. For in-person fittings where the saddle is not left behind, no pre-purchase is required.

Send trials:

Clients are responsible for payment of round trip shipping on demos. Trial timeframes are usually 1 week from date of receipt unless other arrangements are made in advance.

In person trails:

We offer complimentary saddle fitting within an hour radius of our store.

We will also perform complimentary fit consultations up to a 3 hr radius of the store, but there is a non-refundable fee of $250.00 to cover gas and tolls. If you end up purchasing a saddle this will be deducted from the total. 

Fittings in areas 3+ hours away are also possible, but costs would be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
